Plastic Injection Moulders and Toolmakers

Daneplast Limited can help you whatever your requirements are. We offer a full range of plastic injection moulding services, including design, toolmaking, plastic injection moulding, assembly, heat bending, acrylic fabrication and hot foil blocking.

Our machines range from 50 tons to 1,000 tons enabling us to mould parts weighing from 3 or 4 grams each up to large parts weighing 4 kgs. We have a vast knowledge and experience of a wide range of injection moulding and plastic materials.

We also offer a choice of materials used in the creation of the mould tool. For short period runs then we can use a cheaper aluminium mould tool. For longer period runs we can create fully hardened steel tools.
