Daneplast, about our business, the short version
Daneplast Ltd was formed in 1988 after a chance encounter led to an order for 3 million plastic clips to seal peanut nets for feeding wild birds. We still supply this product widely across the United Kingdom today – 21 years later.
Since 1988 we have come a long way. We are now specialists in point of sale (POS) displays and supply a wide and varied cross section of industries with these products. Along with these POS displays, we manufacture a wide range of pen dispensers and betting slip holders for the betting industry.
Our other respected clients come from the electric fencing market, the marine industry, the pet trade and the construction industry to name but a few.
Scope and flexibility:
At present Daneplast runs 24 hours, 5 days a week over a 3 shift pattern. With 21 injection moulding machines ranging from 50 to 1000 tonnes. This allows us the capability to injection mould your jobs in the most economical way possible. Together with our in-house tool making and specialist assembly and finishing teams, we feel that we are hard to beat but the real key to our success is our versatility.
Our specialist machine setters and tool makers have an extensive industry knowledge of operating at the highest level.
