About our company

Daneplast Ltd was formed in 1988 after a chance encounter led to an order for 3 million plastic clips to seal peanut nets for feeding wild birds.

We specialise in point of sale display, supplying both the confectionery and cosmetics trade, plus manufacturing a wide range of pen and betting slip dispensers for the betting industry.

Our other respected clients include the electric fencing market, the marine industry, the pet trade and the construction industry.

The injection moulding machines at our premises vary in size from 50 to 1000 tons, and are capable of moulding parts weighing from 3 grams to much larger items weighing 4 kilograms.

Our in-house toolmaking facilities enable us to offer a full service from design of the mould tool to production of the plastic part, right through to the finishing process, which includes assembly, heat bending, acrylic fabrication and hot foil blocking.

For high volume production we can produce hardened steel mould tools and for shorter runs, we can produce cheaper, aluminium tools.
